Byzantine silver pendant necklace set with amethyst stones
WHY WE LOVE IT
In ancient times the purple amethyst was a means to aspire to human purity, it´s name derived from ametusthos, Ancient Greek for not-intoxicated.
This unique handcrafted necklace has a large amethyst gem stone at it´s centre, with two smaller amethyst stones on either side. The sterling silver pendant has a scroll pattern and is hung from a handmade silver rope chain.
This splendid silver pendant is made of 925 sterling silver and is decorated with beautiful amethyst quartz and bronze scrolling reminicent of Byzantium design and is handmade by a Turkish silversmith.
The pendant hangs on a 925 starling silver rope chain made of twisted silver threads, handcrafted by an Israeli jewelery designer expert in the art of filigree jewellery.

The motif has a 4.5cm drop and measures 3cm high x 5cm wide
