PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with Andaluchic (also referred to as "us", "we" and "our") the customer (also referred to as "you", "your" and "visitor") will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us via our contact form or by writing to the address given under Our Details.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Andaluchic to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

An order can be placed on the Andaluchic website in English, Spanish, French, Italian or German. On placing an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received. Once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched, a contract between you and Andaluchic for the sale of our products will exist and will be confirmed to you by email. Prices are in Euros (€) and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

A delivery charge will be added to your order value. All orders are dispatched from our premises in Spain. Please see Orders, Returns & Damaged Items for more details. Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: A 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If you would like to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal from the sale, please fill out the form supplied via this link, or by going to your Andaluchic account, or by pressing the returns button in the footer.

You must include your name, email address, phone number, order number and the item(s) you wish to return on the form.

On receipt of your request, you will receive a confirmation of your request to withdraw via the email address provided.

The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods. The cost of returning the item will be paid by the customer.

Please note that there are some exceptions to this rule. Items that have been made to order or are personalised are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers can be used online at www.andaluchic.com. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Gift Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than their face value upon payment of the difference. Vouchers can be redeemed subject to the deadline expressly specified on the voucher.

Andaluchic does not accept liability for the replacement or refund of vouchers should they be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, whether redeemed or not. We reserve the right to refuse any vouchers that have been modified, damaged or defaced. Gift Vouchers are only valid with a unique serial number on the reverse.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

The products offered at Andaluchic are handmade, new and must conform with the contractual specifications given. Our products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771, transposed into Spanish law via Real Decreto-ley 7/2021, starting from the purchase date of the new product and in accordance with the provisions of consumer and user regulations. The legal guarantee only applies to consumers who purchase products for non-professional use. If you wish to make a claim under this guarantee, please contact us via our contact form or at the address given under Our Details.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

Our products are handmade and are therefore subject to slight variations in measurements, design and colour from those shown on our website. We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. While the colour reproduction of the products is as close a representation as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock, and if this is the case it will be highlighted at the point of selecting an item. Occasionally a product may show as being in stock when it is not, due to software updates which do not always take place in real time.

ORDERS

On placing an order, certain personal details are required to facilitate your order. In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), such information will not be divulged to any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why do we ask for a phone number?
This is to assist the carrier should they need to contact you in advance of delivery.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we will refund the full cost of the item plus the initial postage paid.

Items must be in new condition, unworn, unused, unaltered and free of damage. Items must be returned with all Andaluchic tags still attached (where applicable) and in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using registered post or a tracked service, as items not received cannot be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS

At Andaluchic we send out all products fully insured against damage or loss.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please send the following to hello@andaluchic.com within 7 days of receipt:

1. A photo of the packaging and original courier label in which the item(s) arrived, together with the damaged item(s) inside the packaging
2. A photo of the damaged item
3. A photo of the packaging in which the damaged item(s) arrived, clearly showing the original courier label
4. A detailed description of the damage

This evidence is required by our insurance company and without it, claims for damaged items cannot be processed.

PRICES

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Euros (€) with Spanish taxes included. Shipping costs are not included. If you are located outside the EU, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), Andaluchic will never share, disclose or sell the personal details of customers, recipients of our goods, newsletter subscribers or followers of our social media (including but not limited to names, addresses, age, sex, email addresses, telephone numbers or ID numbers) to third parties.

We will only contact you because you are a customer of Andaluchic, in response to an enquiry, or because you have agreed to receive our Newsletter, follow our Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or our Blog), or receive special offers, promotions or gift vouchers from Andaluchic.

You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter, Blog, Social Media, or Offers and Promotions at any time, free of charge, via the link provided in each communication or by contacting us through our contact form.

You declare that any personal data provided to Andaluchic is true and accurate, and you agree to inform us if such data changes. Where you provide personal information on behalf of a third party, you are responsible for obtaining that party's consent; Andaluchic is not responsible for verifying that such consent was obtained.

Any material that a visitor to www.andaluchic.com sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential, with the exception of personal data, which is governed by the GDPR and LOPDGDD referenced above. Andaluchic is not responsible for comments made by users of the website.

The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or incorporation into any other work of part or all of the material available on this website is prohibited, save that you may:

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside Spain, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside Spain complies with any applicable non-Spanish laws or regulations.
