Woven wide belt for women in tan leather with large scallop buckle

This tan belt for women are hand woven in genuine leather.

This handmade leather belt is ideal for wearing around the hips or as belts for dresses.

The large scallop shaped buckle is hand engraved in German silver and has been inserted with a piece of natural horn.

This horn has been polished to give a beautiful shine and because it is made of a natural material, the colors and tones can vary from one belt to another, from creamy white, creamy, beige, taupe, brown and black.

SIZES

This wide tan belt in braided leather is available in:

XS (Total length, including buckle, 106cm)

S (Total length, including buckle, 115cm)

M (Total length, including buckle, 116-120cm)

L (Total length, including buckle, 121-122cm)

The sizes are calculated to fit around the hips.

Our Moroccan belts are artisan made.  There can be slight variations of length inside each given size which are shown in the lengths given.

The lengths given include the buckle, so when measuring your size, the buckle length needs to be added on to the required length (in this case 10.5cm).  One or two centimeters or an inch can be added to give some flexibility, but is not absolutely necessary.

For example, a measurement of 108cm around the hips can comfortably use from 117cm (gives a little less length) up to the XL sizes without there being too much length left over.  These belts are flexible size-wise: any additional length is tucked behind the belt anyway and the buckle can be hooked anywhere along the length of the braided belt.

The large buckle measures:

(Metric): 6cm wide and the dimensions of the buckle are 10.5cm long x 7.5cm wide

or

(Imperial): 2.36" wide and buckle dimensions are 4.13" long x 2.95" wide.

It is made of German Silver (60% copper, 20% zinc and 20% nickel) with a central piece of horn/polished bone.
