Original Keychain in silver plated copper and blue glass bead

Hand tooled in The Lebanon from silver plated copper, this tactile, chunky keychain is decorated with a hand blown glass bead in stunning royal blue.  The keyring has a nice weighty feel and the silver plated copper has a smooth, rustic finish.

The glass bead is blown by hand by a master glassblower in The Lebanon, an area from where glass blowing first originated, a craft that was passed from generation to generation under an oath of secrecy.  So treasured was the craft and business of glassblowing in ancient times, that disclosure of it´s production process was once punishable by death.
