Rayon is a textile derived from cellulose wood pulp and is a very strong and durable vegetable fiber.
The rayon thread itself has been handwoven on traditional wooden looms by a community of artisans in Morocco. The warp, or background color, is interwoven with the weft, the over-colors.
Their combination gives a lovely, iridescent sheen to the fabric and the artisan production process makes each bag a unique piece as well as having a low environmental impact.
The striped fabric and real leather combination makes for a striking and colorful handbag in a classic over the shoulder bag design.
To open and close this multicolor bag, there is a long zip on the outside and a small pocket with a zip on the inside.
