Once the intricate cutting is complete, he carefully curves each panel to within a millimetre, ensuring they fit together with perfect precision. Finally, he solders each panel to the others by hand, creating a flawless sphere. The result is a handcrafted masterpiece of remarkable complexity and beauty.

Installation and Customisation

A handmade copper ceiling rose and 25 cm of round loop chain are provided to hang the lamp. The chain can be adjusted to your desired length - simply request your preferred measurement when completing your purchase, as without specialist pliers, the chain links are not easy to manipulate. To calculate the required length, take the full measurement we have provided (which includes chain and ceiling rose), decide on your required total length, and we will adjust the chain as closely as possible to your specification.

As our clients come from all over the world, we do not supply electrical sockets, as requirements vary from country to country. These can be purchased at your local hardware store and easily threaded through the ceiling rose, chain, and lamp. We recommend that an electrician assists with your light installation.
